This model is a fully automatic CNC pipe bending machine, which can automatically bend, automatically feed, and automatically rotate the pipe. The feeding and rotating and bending axes are controlled by servo motors and servo drives.

l Adopt Mitsubishi's servo system (servo driver, servo motor, positioning module, CPU, etc.) to accurately control the feeding, rotating and bending axes respectively, with strong performance and good stability;

l The system can display the coordinate positions of X, Y and Z axes in real time. It has X, Z two-axis detection and alarm functions. It has the function of product quantity statistics and working hours statistics, which is convenient for production management.

l Equipped with 10.4″ color touch screen, human-machine interactive operation, easy to understand. All the data of pipe bending can be input through the touch screen. The touch screen can be switched between Chinese and English. Other languages can also be customized;

l It has the function of automatically detecting errors and faults. When any abnormal action or any danger occurs, the machine will immediately stop and issue an alarm to help the operator eliminate the fault;

l The linear transmission part of the feeding part is composed of imported high-precision ball screw and high-quality wear-resistant linear guide rail, which ensures the accuracy of feeding and the sufficient service life of the machine.

l The bending arm adopts imported high-strength silent chain transmission, controlled by oil cylinder, which ensures the power of the bending pipe is abundant.

l The hydraulic system mainly uses imported brands. The hydraulic circuit has cooling and speed adjustment devices, which are powerful, stable and durable.

l Mitsubishi ultra-large CPU can accommodate multiple sets of file editing. Each file can be set with 20 bend angles, and the memory can store multiple sets of files, which facilitates the processing of a wide variety of products and greatly improves production efficiency;

l After the data is edited, it is protected by a key to prevent the data from being modified arbitrarily;

l With power-off memory function, data can be permanently saved.

l Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes can be set. When trying to bend, you can choose to manually resolve the movement, observe the interference point, and modify the movement.

l For each bend, the three axes of feeding, rotating and bending can be set to move together or not to avoid interference points, thereby improving production efficiency.

l Each bend can set rebound compensation value and demoulding clearance according to different material.

l There are two kinds of feeding methods: direct feeding and pinch feeding. When no mandrel, the pinch feeding method can be used. The feeding can be repeated, and the length of the workpiece is not limited.

l The setting of the waiting position, safe position, bending die interference position, pressure die interference position, etc. can all be fine-tuned.

l Equipped with servo proportional valve to control the flow is not affected by the oil temperature, high precision and stable equipment.
